HI! I am Gary Hurd, residing in Georgia, working virtually as a Default Analyst with a mortgage servicer. I am looking to change career direction to Project Management to make better use by time management and organizational skills. 

After a sidelining accident, I took some time to freelance study and earn certificates in project management, data analytics, cyber security and software development and to reevaluate life.

I am the proud parent of an amazing cat named in honor of Olivia Newton-John, Newton. Check out Newton’s page for some tips and reviews of food, toys and other products. 

I am a skilled freshwater aquarist and botanist. I have had several aquariums set up over the years but my current aquariums is my longest thriving and growing aquarium. Current inhabitants are 4 freshwater angelfish that are the last 4 offspring of my mated pair. Very special fish. I currently have 43 tropical plants consisting of Philodendron, Pothos, Alocasia, and Syngonium. Please check out my pages on my aquarium and greenhouse. 

At the beginning of 2024, I jump started my fitness after a 5 year hiatus.  I cannot express how great it feels to be back on my fitness journey.
